I am offering a handful of openings for in-person therapy in Folsom, CA  for folks ages 13-19 at a discounted summer rate of $75/session from June to September (fee subject to collaborative reevaluation in autumn). 

This would be a good fit for adolescents who are interested in support around transitions, (from middle school to high school, high school to college, etc.), shifting friend groups or social dynamics, navigating family challenges, anxiety, identity exploration, and trying to balance everything that being a young person requires!

CURRENTLY GAUGING INTEREST

This group is intended to utilize the structure of the wizarding world to process and support low intensity mental health challenges (such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues). We will explore our houses, patronuses, and use the books and movies as supportive material to explore and unpack our emotional trunks in a therapeutic setting.
