HI, I’m Madison
I see therapy as a coming together, an exploration, and a place to look inward - to see and be seen.
I think of myself as a gentle and honest soul who is enchanted by the little things. I am a maker of paintings, poems, recipes, delight, and meaning. I embrace slowness, silliness, and am a student of nature’s ancient wisdom. I consider myself a little witchy, and am deeply impacted by life’s impermanence. I live in the Sacramento area (Nisenan Land) with my spouse, dog, and cat.
My approach to care is rooted in existential and relational frameworks, with a deep grounding in the sacredness and absurdity of the human experience. I work with teens, adults, pre-commitment couples, elders, groups, and family or friend dyads. I treasure long-term collaboration, and I love to work with clients who find themselves at a branch point, portal, or threshold—who are seeking depth, connection, and an understanding of how they fit into their world.
The honor of holding and being witness to my clients’ humanity is something I deeply cherish, and I take very seriously the task of my own growth and inner work. I strive to be consistently mindful of what it means to live and work within systems that are often at odds with the best interests of life and love.

Identity, only children, the LGBTQIA+ community, death and dying, grief, equestrian sports, boundaries, food service, healthcare, rural communities, high school sweethearts, existential meaning, returning home to one’s self and reigniting your sparkle, and the general challenges of being a person.
About our work together
The most important part of successful therapy is the relationship between client and clinician. Creating a container where you can be all that you are is at the front of how I aim to show up for you.
I utilize an existential framework with a trauma informed lens. I also pull from theories including IFS and client-centered. We get to work together to navigate what feels right for you and how best to approach your goals.
50 minute in person or virtual sessions are offered at weekly or bi-weekly intervals.
